Ok why isn't she spayed by now? If there were medical reasons, then revisit those reasons with your vet because of the situation you put your dog in. IN heat, alone, unattended where any male could get to her. And good chance some male did.

Breeding is not for the inexperienced, much learning planning, and education should go into it before endeavouring to breed, not to mention having an experienced mentor

Spay your dog now, no worries about puppies now or in the future.
