You are ok with her having a litter on her first heat? It is a good possiblity that she is pregnant. I would go this week and have her spayed.

Also, it is toooooo dangerous to leave a Yorkie unattended and tied out on a leash. She could be stolen, big dog could kill her, could get strangled on the leash.

Maybe put up a fence to keep her home. But I would still not leave her outside un-supervised.
