Yes she can get pregnant. Males will travel from miles away.
You should never have a bitch in heat left outside alone. What if a 100 male would have wondered in the yard?
You are ok with her getting pregnant her first heat? That is not good. She is way to young and may not have the instict to take care of the pups.
