Default My Yorkie is disoriented, lethargic and shaky

My Yorkie is disoriented, lethargic and shaky! She is 4years old and weighs about 9lbs. She bounced around the house like a pinball for about 10 min then stopped dead in her trax and proceeded to shake, wobble and her eyes were twitching. It looked like she had a minor stroke and she also threw up a little. She looks confused and stairs at me like something is wrong then paces around the house! We took her to the ER last night and they said blood work and x-rays looked good! We could not get her in for an MRI today but plan on it tomorrow! The vet said we should get a neurology test, so I'm assuming thats is what the MRI would be for. She is just acting so sad and breathing pretty slow, her one eye closes while the other stays open.
