Rocoo when we first got him would throw up everytime in the car, no matter the travel time then once reached destination had runny stool. It has gradually improved( we take him everywhere). We did take him to the vet after he had a runny mucousy with tiny blood in it stool one morning after it had stormed throughout the night.( about 1-2 weeks after we had him) The vet said our lovely breed choice are very nervous dogs and react in this way with the exception of the latter stool it is normal with any stressor or change. It turns out that since mine has had the latter stool they said he has stress colitis so I sympathize with your concern however Your precious Hammer sounds to be responding normal to change and will adjust. good luck! |
