Can I ask you a few questions?
I see that as a breeder you are trying to do the right then and I applaud you for that. Second, to come on a forum like this and admit that is so honest and honorable.
Did you contact the owners of the breeding pair you have? Did you ask them about LS in their lines?

Have you had your vet contact their vet regarding this issue? I ask this because in my 12 years of breeding I had one person call about a pup that supposively had a LS. I asked for paperwork on this pup and to have my vet examine the pup and to do testing. They provided that and I had the pup tested. All was normal and the pup never did have a shunt. Some BAT are off because the owners do not follow the fasting rules or the blood is drawn wrong. So without proof or your vet checking with the other vet you have no way of knowing for sure about the shunt. IMO.

I do stand behind my puppies 100% however I am not so naive to believe everything that is said. I was burned once by that and never again. I replaced a pup and had both parents spayed and neutered only to find 1 year down the road the dog was healthy and they had bred the dog with limited registration and were selling pups without papers after I have given a full refund and allowed them to keep the dog.

I wish you luck with your babies.
