 Skin Irritation
Would love some advice. We live in rural New Mexico. Korkie has always had dry, itchy, flakey skin on her back that sometimes gets hot and sore. Taking her to our local vet just produces an antibotic and advice like "hmmmm if it comes back bring her in". Each time is $100. Shes 3 years old now and still has this skin conditions. The Vet believes it's alergies. Can anyone recommend something to help? I've tried emu and many other types of remidies and nothing is helping. I was wondering about alergy medication such as benadryl or zyrtec. If this won't harm her, how much should she get at less than 3 lbs. Anything is worth trying. |
