I wasn't defending the use of dyes at all but what I was trying to say is that this is not specific to the Yorkie breed. If it is done in one breed it is mostly likely done in other breeds as well.
It is just wrong all around IMO. But I was just trying to get the opinions of some of the people that were posting to this thread and wanted to bring up the reality that there are things that white coated dogs have done to them
ie peroxide and bluing agents to enhance their coats as well.
