Oh I'm so glad someone understands what I was trying to say. I think it may be up to breeders who believe that the parti line has merit to come up with a standard, other than "anything goes", because this just isn't enough of a standard, you have to look at it from the judges viewpoint and how they would judge one dog against another. Getting all the parti breeders to agree on a concise standard may be difficult, and consistently being able to breed for that standard would be necessary, but if you are seriously interested in being considered more than just pet breeders, these things will need to be done.
