I'd investigate further why your baby is a picky eater. I thought one of my IGs was a picky eater and I was cooking for her, hand feeding her and trying every kind of dog food I could, even cheap foods to get her to eat. My vet did routine bloodwork, but it was fine and she told me to give Gracie pepcid ac. I finally got so worried about how thin she was getting that I took her to an internist. Long story short, she has IBD caused by food allergies. Her intestines were so inflamed, the vet couldn't get the the scope (endoscopy was done) very far past her stomach. He did get lots of biopsies though.

Now she is on a special diet, eats EVERYDAY (sometimes she would go up to 2 days without eating) and has gained her weight back. It's such a relief!
