there is always going to be talk when something BAD happens and Petsmart happens to be a place in Houston that dogs ARE turning up missing at....  this is one story of many recently here in Texas.
plus....I've also had really BAD grooms there for my cockers....so much so that I would never trust them with Chanel & Cheri - which is why I Groom them myself now - I hardly trust anyone anymore when it comes to them |
You are a better woman than I, Villette! If 'my girl' at PetSmart left, I don't think I would ever go back, because you're right - they are always so young! The girl that I use actually is the manager of the grooming department, and when I say 'girl' she is actually in her 30s.
