I totally agree Helen...with the prices of small breeds going higher and higher because of unethical breeders/brokers/pet stores - this is becoming more and more common - it's a super sad world when someone STEALS a family member to sell them - it's just sick sick sick
let me add - when I say unethical breeders.... I only mean the ones that charge thousands of dollars over the norm for so called RARE or Tiny sized dogs |
