You nailed it ! we start out with a set bill and for some reason - it gets higher and higher - I don't even have movie channels and my bill is stupidly outrageous. All the phone companies and cable companies can nickle and dime you silly and there isn't a thing we can do but complain and hope they make it right.
edited to add - when a tv goes down for any length of time - you can call them to take those daily charges off your bill cause IF you don't speak up - you're paying for a service you aren't even getting.
