Crazy when their instincts come out! Jackson has actually CAUGHT 2 birds now. They've been stuck inside our screened in porch (this was at my dads house) during the snow storm early this year and we let all 3 dogs out not knowing birds were stuck in there... well Jackson jumped off the patio furniture and caught the bird! That bird survived and flew away and we managed to get all 3 barking dogs back inside. A few weeks later... a bird flew himself into a corner on the floor and Jackson put it in his mouth but the bird died. I don't know if he shook it's neck or if the poor bird had a heart attack! |
