It is the responsibility of the breeder(s) or owner(s) seeking a ROM to submit a written application combined with (A) proof of the breeder/ownership status of the ROM applicant, evidenced by a copy of the ROM applicant's AKC registration certificate; and (B) proof of the Champion Get or Produce.
