The other thing is that doggie daycare is like child daycare - lots of germs. Our daycare has had kennel cough outbreaks. If it was indeed a collar, I'd be furious. I would not trust anyone to walk my dog. Our dog daycare here is an indoor facility so the dogs do not leave the premises once inside the gates.
