Higgins is 99% trained to pee outside now. Really seldom makes a mistake inside in the peeing department. HOWEVER, he poops ANYWHERE !!! I just can't seem to get the poop outside idea across !!! And I just somehow feel that little devil KNOWS he's wrong, but does it anyway!!!! GRRRRrrrrrrr.....
