If she got into cat food, it is higher in fat usually than dog food and could give her pancreatitis. Signs of pancreatitis include the things you mentioned - vomiting, inappetence, depression, lethargy. I would take the dog to a vet today if you can. They can quickly dehydrate and may need fluids under the skin as well as pain medication.

I would not wait, if it is pancreatitis, you may find that as the day goes on, the dog is in more pain and you have a serious situation on your hands. I would call around to area vets or get her to an ER vet.
