I just happen to use a PetSmart groomer for all 5 of my babies, and she is a true gem!! (I've read the horror stories on here, so I know how bad they can be!
) She's all of 90lbs soaking wet, but I wouldn't even think of messing with her when it comes to 'her' dogs!!
She was referred to me, and I wouldn't go there if it wasn't for her. In fact I'll follow her wherever she goes - she's that good!
I just always feel a twinge when I read the bad stories about PetSmart's groomers, because I know they're not all bad. There's at least one good one out there!! If they only could all be as great as her!!
