The inactivity alone, especially since she had been to the vet wouldn't send up red flags but this part does for me. I just don't know if I wouldn't investigate further. You might ask the puppy's breeder about her eating habits. I had a 15 yr old IG whom I took to the vet for the same thing, the eating part, all her routine blood work was normal. I finally took her to an internist, after she lost a pound, and in an 12 lb IG, she looked very thin. After more extensive blood work, and an endoscopy, she was diagnosed with IBD. She eats everyday now and has regained the pound.
