 Sleepy head
My oldest baby, Ally, is the same weight and 1.5 years old. From what I can see, I think they conform to what their owners are doing. I mean, if the prior owner didn't do alot, then the baby didn't either. Mine loves to watch out the windows and doors for squirrels. The most exciting part of her day is for me to let her outside so she can chase one across the fence line! Now that I have a new little one (Tia, which at almost 6 months, is now bigger than Ally), Ally plays a little more. My neighbor's yorkie, who just turned one, sleeps alot, but my neighbor is retired and just went thru cancer treatments and slept alot. I don't think it's too much to worry about, as long as they get their exercise. Mine loves to take a walk too, but the heat in Florida right now is just too extreme to even let my babies outside to chase critters, much less take a short walk...so we play ball alot. |
