My Bullet is 4 months old and humps my 17 month female Rio whenever they are playing. My vet told me he's not old enough to be sexually mature, so it's probably a dominance/play behavior. Bullet is only 2 lbs, so he will be a tiny as well. I plan to have Bullet neutered at 6 months, maybe a little bit later if all of his adult teeth haven't come in yet. But there's no question about it, he WILL be neutered. Breeding takes a lot of knowledge and responsibility, and it's not to be taken lightly.
