I'm sorry to hear the hard blow from the vet. It sure must have made you bawl. I know I would have too. Nerves are a tricky thing. My mom has fibromyalsia which is a nerve disease and she's in pain all the time and taking tylenol or advil or anything like that does not even take the edge off because those work for muscles, not nerves. My heart just breaks for you and Layla. Don't give up hope!

With the way my Dexter acts, he'd do anything if he didn't have to walk again and Mom carried him everywhere! lol What Im saying is I believe she is happiest in your arms anyways so if she's not sad, you don't be sad for her! Get yourself a soft baby sling and carry her around like the princess she is!
