You'd be amazed at how this issue can flame out of control in neighborhoods. In my last subdivision, the board had to close the discussion boards because one neighbor would literally list each and every time one of his neighbors dogs would come poop in his yard. It got to be a really heated exchange, and I swear some of the neighbors just started letting their dogs go over their to fan the fires, but man- it got ugly!
Bottom line- be a responsible dog owner and clean up after your pup.
