I get annoyed by people who don't pick up after their dogs. I live in an apartment and so does my best friend. We help each other out if one is working late to let the other's dog out.

My best friend's community, just had a flea outbreak and many owners don't pick up after their dogs. And that community provides poo bags and nice dog runs. There is one neighbor their who put a sign out in front of her apartment that says " Don't stop here if you don't pick up after your dog". In big bold letters! I don't blame them either because no one wants nastiness where they live.

I don't think that person is a dog hater, just dog owner annoyed.
