What was meant was that it's a pretty common occurance for a new member to show up and either give a breeder being discussed high praise, or strong critisim with there very first post(s). No introduction, no small talk elsewhere...just jump right in to a breeder review. Then more often than not, they disappear and are never heard from again. Surely you can see why that's a bit suspicious?
