I gotta say I understand exactly where this person is coming from. My lawn seems to be the communal toilet! The property beside us is county owned so everyone brings their dogs there. However, they don't keep them from wandering onto our property. Getting to my mailbox is like wading thru a land mind. It gets pretty frustrating to constantly clean up after other animals.
