We live on the edge of a new housing development. Our easements are 10'. Gives them 20' to do what they please in between yards. It's a bit annoying because we won't plant anything in that area since they are allowed to come dig it up whenever they please. People walk their dogs in our area because there is less traffic. No sidewalks yet. I know of several that allow their dogs to poo on the street and don't bother to pick it up. Very annoying. Last year, at school, someone was walking a large dog every morning and allowing it to poo in front of the school. Students were stepping in it and dragging the mess into the school. Principal finally caught who was doing it and it stopped. ~Joanne~
