I've been thinking about his other children too bc some of this behavior (bigotry) goes wayyyy back (it's in old, old interviews). I can't imagine what his wife/daughter's self-esteem may have suffered. And does he have sons? Bc imagine
their attitude toward women, with him as their role model.

Exactly! Throughout all of the tapes, he frequently says (and also alludes to) - "YOU did this to me" - "this is YOUR fault" - "YOU have betrayed me" - it's just all youyouyouyou. Nothing is ever or has ever been (it seems) Mel's fault. Classic Narcissist behavior.
