Remote Tek Support and posted in my thread that he was WONDERFUL !!
We managed to solve the immediate issues with that horrible ROUGE AV Security Suite Trojan that totally took over my computer so much I couldn't even open my work programs and emails - pop ups everywhere and then like Patti - porn sites (viagra mostly lol) but I'm still working on a memory trojan - which he said he could also help with.
I've never had to turn to tech support and always was able to fix my own problems before but it was a GREAT experience
