Thanks for the replies! Sounds like lots of ways will work. I'd prefer to keep their harnesses on underneath since we'll be away from home and that way it should be easier to keep tags on them at all times and also be easier to get them leashed when the jackets come off. I might just move the tags on their collars and put those tags on the life jackets (they hardly ever wear their collars on vacation since they will have their harnesses on almost all the time). Thanks for the tips, I am super excited for a vacation. We leave Friday!
