Jackson pretty much wears a collar 24/7 with tags so harness comes off when lifejacket goes on. But the main time he wears his lifejacket is in my dads pool which is a fenced in yard so the harness is unnecessary anyways. I imagine though that Jackson's puppia harness would be fine under it. I do believe the lifejacket has a place to attach a leash tho and it also has a handle, so maybe you can buy an extra cheap tag to keep on the jackets so you don't have to do all that tag switching??
