[Buster Bailey]

I just got an Outward Hound lifejacket for my girl Bailey and a Fido Float Life Vest for my boy Buster. They both wear harnesses whenever we go on walks or vacation, and they usually have collars on for just going outside for potty breaks at home. Their collars have ID tags, and their harnesses have ID tags and their rabies-shot tags. I'm wondering if people remove harnesses when using a life jacket and put the tags on the life jacket, have their yorkie wear a collar with the tags, or keep their harness on? I didn't see a hook on the lifejacket to put tags on. I don't want the tags to squish into their skin under the life vest, but I am not sure if that would happen or not. We attempted a visit to a lake last year but didn't stay long and I didn't have lifejackets at that time, but since we're at the lake for an extended period of time this vacation I got the life jackets. Just want to be prepared! Thanks in advance for any tips!
