Maybe I'm reading things differently than the last 2 posters, but when someone comes on saying they are overwhelmed and people offer resources I don't consider that mean.
She was offered some very good advice by people who are extremely experienced in both breeding and rescues. I fully understand not wanting to abort the pups- I wouldn't want to do that either. But alerting the OP to the high likelihood of this particular pup requiring a C/S is neither rude, mean or inappropriate. It is giving information that could very well save the life of both the mother and the pups. This isn't the time for hurt feelings when there are 4 lives at stake.
