Oh man . Ask if they can use a "butterfly" to do the draw. Also, I would really ask them why last week's draw was "no good"...I mean, huh? Did they not centrifuge it in time or what? I dunno, I would want to know.

It is not rude to ask...one thing you could do is, when you check in - ask the receptionist if there is a senior tech there who can do tough draws, but is still gentle - and tell her you would like to wait for that person.
