Just wondering if anyone knows if this weed could cause vomiting. Yesterday, I saw Vivi out on the deck, lick a little seedling plant, then put it in her mouth and chew on it a couple of times. I told her "AH-AH" and she spit it out and I thought that was the end of that. However, about 10 minutes later she started vomiting. Just weird that this happened so simultaneously.

In Kentucky, we call this weed a potato vine. (Not sure why because it has nothing to do with potatoes.) I looked it up and it is related to the Morning Glory, but could find no mention of it causing ill effects in animals.

Does anyone have any information on why this might have happened? Just curious. (By-the-way Vivi appears to be perfectly normal now.)
