I'm so glad Sadie doesn't have an obstruction! I panicked when you said she had black tarry diarrhea. I hope the new meds help her feel better.

These toy breeds have such delicate tummies. When my kids were young we had a Golden Retriever who could eat anything and never even burp. Within the first two months after I adopted Lady she ended up hospitalized with an IV for gastroenteritis. She was itchy after a professional grooming and tore out and swallowed a patch of hair. It cost me $600 ten years ago. Very expensive grooming!
