Mine wear harnesses for walking. They wear collars 24/7 with ID and rabies tags. They are also microchipped. 2 tags eliminate the need for a bell, 'cuz they jingle on their own. The collars are fitted so well that the possibility of getting caught on something is pretty remote. And they want them put back on immediately after their bath. They love their collars.
