I tend to be a rule follower on things like this.
I worry about what happens "if" they do bark while you are out? There are all kinds of thumps and bangs in hotels that are strange. If they are heard can mangmt. enter your room? I have no idea about policies in no pet hotels.
I would play it safe and find somewhere they are welcome.
