Just wanted to mention three places we have stayed in the past.
Garden House - Small and more like a motel
Garden House~Key West Florida Bed and Breakfast with Tropical Gardens
Island City House - Very nice, rather expensive

My big time favorite - Simonton Court- Love this place but very expensive

However, none of these are on the beach. Really the beach is not much in Key West. Ha.
