I had problems with Lucy eating at first - her breeder sent her home with Purina Puppy Chow. Before I switched her food - we would try different things to get her to eat.

1. Try the food on a paper plate as opposed to the regular food bowl.
2. Try making a game of it - throwing the kibbles on the floor and Lucy would chase and then eat them.
3. Try adding some goodies to the dry food - cooked carrots; cottage cheese; mix in a little canned food if necessary.
4. Lucy also likes a few noodles on her food.
5. Last but not least - the ONE surefile way I can get her to eat is by pretending to feed her food to my other dog. Works EVERY time.

Bottom line, if your pup is not eating - you will probably need to get him to a vet. He is too little not to be eating.

Good Luck!
