no... fois gras is duck liver fat or something.... creton is pork butt, ground up and cooked for a long time in milk or water and there is onion and spices in it. I make it with Bells seasoning, cloves and allspice but some people make it with cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg. I personally like it more spicy than sweet though.
