Thank you, Nancy! It was not easy to find his home, it was just few blocks away. I lost my dachshund two years ago and the search was fruitless. There were many people walking on that day & no one saw her. I think she was stolen. I was so devastated and it still bothers me with the unknown what had happened to her. Only one thing I am glad is that Shanna was spayed & whoever took her won't have puppies from her. She turned 14 years old last month. I miss her very much. Because of her, I had to help the Chih to find his home. I wouldn't hesitate to do it again. 

I was very pleased when the city passed the microchip law. We have problem with lost & roaming dogs in El Paso.
