Well, Wosie and I just finished her first bout of therapy. She was really good and got to 8 flexions before starting to wiggle and try to get away, so I picked her up and did 2 more with her leg hanging straight down. That worked pretty well, but I can see this turning into a 2 person job pretty quick. However, she adored the ice pack, and fell asleep with it on her. It must feel really good on her poor little swollen leg.

I took a picture of her incision, but after reviewing it and thinking how icky it made me feel, I decided to spare anyone else with a sensitive tummy and not post. It's not very big, only about 2-3 inches, and like I said before, it's just a fold of skin. You can see only 1 stitch on the outside, all the rest are inside. It is a little pink, and I am keeping a really close eye on it. They said that infection is not uncommon, and I don't want to see that happen. I still can't believe they don't have it covered, but I guess they know what they are doing, right?

Anyhow, I think she is doing great, and again I thank the people who keep checking back to see how she is doing! I know Wosie appreciates you too!
