Yep its one of many.
I remember when I was looking to buy a new bull dog pup for my boyfriend I had all sorts of scammers emailing me.
Most of them would say they lived locally then say they lived abroad or were just about to move abroud so I would have to pay shipping fees.
Most only ever had 1 photo of the pup which is a dead give away that its a scam.
I even got told from one 'gentlemen' that the breeding pair belonged to his wife, the bitch had puppies then his wife died so he is unable to look after them which is why he was selling them so cheap (we are talking £200 for a bulldog when they usually sell for £1000-£2500 here in England).
It's sick how they can play with a persons feelings like that, but the worst thing is that some people will believe them....
It is interesting to see they are scamming to buy the puppy instead of the usual giving the puppy for free or very cheap scams which are so common. It seems they have sunk to a new low.
