The best advice you've gotten is to get her to a vet and have her checked over. The vet will tell you if she is getting dehydrated and what to do if she does. Goats milk is a good alternative and you can find that in cans in the baking aisle at Wal Mart. Keep Nutri Cal on hand as little ones can be suscepible to hypoglycemia. Don't ever let her get a chill as that can also bring it on. Don't leave her alone, enlist family to babysit if you must leave. She is just like a skin infant, she needs 24hr care.
Someone said no public or outdoors exposure until she has had all her shots, that is correct. And that is weeks away. Grass, etc... harbors Parvo and other viruses for years.
