Our temperatures are in the mid 90's right now and to get worse this week. High humidity also. And have an air quality alert for today for people that have asthma and respiratory problems.
I try not to stay outside very long on days like this, even for myself. So, I can only imagine how bad it must be for our little dogs.
I get so upset seeing how some people will take their dogs with them on days like this and keep them in their car, even for a few minutes. Don't these people realize, what could happen to their dogs? Would they do this with a human baby? My guess is NO! So, why do this to their little dog? Some people just don't think! I would rather take my little dog home before leaving them in a hot or cold car, if it is not somewhere where I can take my dog inside with me. |
