You certainly are not a bad Mum, the UK weather is normally acceptable for our pets, but we have had some hot weather recently. My three usually go out twice a day for a mad run over the park for half an hour, they lasted only 15 mins in the heat before they were panting like mad! Our police are always advising people about leaving dogs in their cars in hot weather, co's people forget how fast ther heat can affect us and our weather is nothing to the heat in US
