I am sure they will get to the bottom of it, and he probably is dehydrated from all the vomiting.
He is small and it doesn't take much for them to get dehydrated.
When Daisy has her throwing up episodes I always offer her crushed ice and I buy organic chicken broth (low sodium) and mix it with warm water like 2 parts water to 1 part broth and offer it to her every 2-3 hrs. Just to avoid dehydration it usually works.
