Hi.....I was reading your thread and it brought back memories for me with my maltese I had. He had very similar symptoms. At the time, when we couldn't figure out what was wrong with him...it was because he had Addisons disease as well as pancreatitis. I know your vet checked for pancreatitis. My vet said that Addisons Disease presents itself in ways that are hard to detect sometimes. At least bring it up with emergency vet. It's worth a try.
